Bosa Waterfront is downtown Vancouver’s latest AAA office tower.

The Bosa Waterfront Centre will feature 355,000 square feet of office space, and a small cafe next to the lobby. There will be parking for 78 bikes, as well as state of the art amenities. Below grade will be 288 parking spots, including spots for car share. Eight elevators will serve the office floors.

Chris Dikeakos Architects of Vancouver and KPF Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates of New York collaborated on the design, which features walls of curved glass and an open, airy entry plaza at the corner of Granville and Cordova streets.
