Meet Ali Mahmoudi

Since 2014, Ali Mahmoudi has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to buyers, sellers, and investors across West Vancouver, North Vancouver, and Downtown Vancouver. Ali specializes in the re-sale market, where experience, negotiation, and timing are critical. He has guided clients through multiple market cycles, helping them navigate shifting conditions, protect downside risk, and capitalize on opportunities with confidence. In addition to re-sale properties, Ali has developed a strong focus on pre-sales and development. He works closely with investors and end-users to evaluate projects through a fundamental lens, analyzing pricing, supply pipelines, absorption trends, and replacement costs. His goal is to move clients beyond speculation and toward informed, disciplined decision-making.

Ali takes a thoughtful and methodical approach to every transaction. He invests the time to fully understand the market, the positioning of each property, and the underlying financials, ensuring that every decision is made with a complete, holistic view. This level of diligence allows him to guide clients with precision and confidence, making sure each transaction is executed the right way.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, completed in conjunction with a Communications joint degree, as well as an MBA from the University of British Columbia. Combined with his background as a licensed mortgage broker, Ali brings an integrated perspective, understanding not just the asset, but the financing, risk, and capital structure behind it. Ali is also an award-winning realtor, having received recognition from Royal LePage and the Greater Vancouver REALTORS. He is a recipient of the Medallion Club designation, which recognizes the top 10% of REALTORS® in the region for outstanding performance in sales, listings, and transactions.
